2. Tickets and certs

Take a photo or upload each ticket/cert. CSTS must be uploaded now because it is mandatory before the first day on site. Other items may be marked Pending when permitted.

5. Required forms

Driver Abstract Consent Form

A Driver Abstract contains information from your Alberta driving record, including your name, address, date of birth, licence information, demerit points, suspensions, reinstatement conditions, and violations.

I consent to my 3-year Standard Driver Abstract being released to the broker and insurer for motor vehicle underwriting and rating purposes. This consent remains in force for 3 years or the length of my employment with WCC, whichever is shorter, while the policy remains in force.

Employee Overtime Agreement

Employees work 44 regular hours per week. Additional hours must be pre-approved by the Project Manager and will be banked at the regular rate of wages. Banked time is taken and paid at the regular rate within 6 months of the pay period in which it was earned. Time off is provided within a project shift schedule or may be requested from the Project Manager with appropriate notice. WCC will provide a copy of this agreement on request. Amendment or termination requires at least one month's written notice by either party.

6. PPE starter pack

FYI only. Your PPE starter pack is normally issued or confirmed by WCC before you go to site. You must supply your own CSA Approved steel toe work boots.

7. Orientation test

Answer the test to calculate the marked score.

8. Final acknowledgements
